Over winter break, we invited friends over to play. Don’t the girls look so cute? Sienna wanted to dress up too. She was all business when we put that veil on her. In the group photo below, the little girl in the middle, is also in Cadence’s class. We walk to the train together everyday from school with her and her mom. They’re both very nice and I’m glad we got to know them. The older girl in the photo is Yuan Yuan’s older sister, Lydia. Since she’s 11, she didn’t play with the girls as much, but she’s usually great with Cadence and Yuan Yuan when we get together. Anyway, she’s been wanting to learn how to knit, so we took the afternoon making a simple scarf. I let her take the yarn and needle home so I hope she was able to finish it. We made pita pizzas and everyone loved them!
